• 1 c quick oats, uncooked .
• 2 tsps ground cumin .
• 1/2 c Pace Picante Sauce .
• 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef .
• 1/3 c drained corn kernels .
• 1 tsp salt

• Step #1 OVEN: 350 deg F.
• Step #2 Mix picante & barbecue sauces.
• Step #3 Reserve 1/2 c mixture.
• Step #4 Mix remaining pace picante sauce mixture & all other ingredients.
• Step #5 Press firmly into lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
• Step #6 Bake for 1 hr.
• Step #7 Pour reserved mixture over meatloaf, if desired.
