Southern Chicken Salad Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp salt .
2 c sliced celery .
1 c mayonnaise .
2 c condensed cream of chicken soup .
2 c slivered almonds .
3/4 c chicken stock .
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced fine .
1 c buttery cracker crumbs, crushed fine .
4 c sliced cooked chicken .
4 tbsps lemon juice .
1/2 tsp pepper .
4 tbsps minced onions

Directions

Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step #2 Combine the above ingredients, except the cracker crumbs.
Step #3 Put into a 3-4 quart casserole.
Step #4 Cover up with cracker crumbs.
Step #5 Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
Step #6 Serve hot.
