Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 tbsp butter .
  • 1 tbsp water (optional) .
  • 4 large eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Break the eggs into a medium mixing bowl, add a little salt & pepper, & beat with a fork until just mixed.
  • Step #2 Beat in the water, if using.
  • Step #3 Heat a medium skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Melt the butter in the skillet, swirling the pan to coat evenly.
  • Step #5 Pour in the eggs, reduce the heat to medium-low, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon, & cook, until the eggs are just set, 2 to 4 mins.
  • Step #6 Don't overcook.
  • Step #7 Serve hot.
