Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 16 oz light sour cream .
  • 1 beef bouillon cube (or 1 t granulated) .
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce .
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1 lb lean ground beef .
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced .
  • 8 oz medium egg noodles .
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In large skillet, brown ground beef & onion together.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, prepare egg noodles according to package directions adding bouillon to water.
  • Step #3 When beef is almost brown, add mushrooms, salt, garlic powder & Worcestershire sauce & mix well; cook this until mushrooms are tender.
  • Step #4 Turn off heat & stir in the sour cream.
  • Step #5 Add drained egg noodles & stir well to completely coat.
