Protein Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 banana, sliced & frozen .
  • 1/3 c vanilla powdered soy protein concentrate .
  • ice cubes (I use a handful) .
  • 1/3-1/2 c water .
  • 1/3 c frozen mixed berries

Directions
  • Step #1 Put all ingredients into mixer & mix until smooth.
  • Step #2 Amount of water can be adjusted depending on how thick you like your smoothie.
  • Step #3 I always have frozen mixed berries on hand, but not always a frozen banana.
  • Step #4 I use only about 1/3 c water when the banana isn't frozen.
