Ingredients
1 tsp fresh ginger .
1/2 tsp turmeric .
1/2 tsp ground fenugreek .
1 lb skinless chicken breasts, & cubed .
1 garlic clove, crushed .
2 tbsps fresh coriander leaves, sliced .
oil (for deep frying) .
1 tsp ground coriander .
1 pint water .
1 tsp salt .
1 tsp chili powder .
2 fresh green chilies, sliced
Directions
Step #1 Put all the ingredients with the water into a pan & cook over med-heat/flame till all the water till the water has evaporated.
Step #2 Cool the mixture for 30 mins.
Step #3 Put the mixture into a mixer & process for 2 mins.
Step #4 Form the mixture into about a dozen balls.
Step #5 Heat the oil in a deep pan & fry the kofta balls till light golden brown, drain on kitchen paper & serve.
