• 1/4 c black olives .
• 2 garlic cloves, minced .
• 3 oz feta .
• 1 c tomatoes .
• 1/2 tsp rosemary .
• 1/2 tsp oregano .
• 1 c white rice .
• 1/2 tsp salt .
• 2 c chicken stock .
• 1/4 tsp thyme .
• 2 tsps olive oil .
• 3 green onions

• Step #1 In a medium saucepan, bring water, salt, garlic & oil to a boil.
• Step #2 Add long-grain white rice; return to a boil.
• Step #3 Reduce heat, cover & let simmer until rice is tender & liquid is absorbed, about 20 mins.
• Step #4 Remove from heat.
• Step #5 Stir in remaning ingredients.
• Step #6 Serve hot.
