Broccoli Kuegel- Kosher For Passover, Parve Or Dairy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps flour (use matzo meal instead to make this kosher for Passover) .
  • 1/2 c milk (use soy milk or non-dairy creamer instead to make this dish pareve) .
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise .
  • 3 eggs .
  • 1 tbsp onion soup mix .
  • 20 oz frozen broccoli cuts, thawed & drained

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Spray a 7 x 11 1/2 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Lay thawed & drained broccoli in the baking pan.
  • Step #7 Set aside.
  • Step #8 4.
  • Step #9 In a bowl, beat eggs, soup mix, mayonnaise & milk together.
  • Step #10 5.
  • Step #11 Add flour & beat well.
  • Step #12 6.
  • Step #13 Pour egg mixture over the broccoli.
  • Step #14 7.
  • Step #15 Bake the souffle at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-50 mins, until top is golden.
