Hot Dog Buns (gluten/casein/yeast Free) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c potato starch .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1/2 c soy milk .
  • 1 1/4 tsps xanthan gum .
  • 2 tbsps flax seed meal .
  • 1/4 c cornstarch .
  • 1/4 c tapioca starch .
  • 2 tsps baking powder .
  • 3/4 c amaranth flour .
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil .
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step #2 Mix together the dry ingredients.
  • Step #3 Mix together the wet ingredients.
  • Step #4 Combine the wet with dry.
  • Step #5 Grease a cookie sheet, then shape dough into hotdog bun shapes if it's sticky, wet a spatula & your hands a bit to form them.
  • Step #6 Bake for about 12-15 mins, until they start to brown.
