Cheesy Sausage Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 oz) can sliced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 lbs processed American cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, cook beef & sausage over med-heat/flame until no longer pink; drain.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top with flour.
  • Step #3 Add the soup, tomatoes, onion & garlic powder; mix well.
  • Step #4 Bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 mins or until thickened.
  • Step #5 Reduce heat.
  • Step #6 Stir in cheese until melted.
  • Step #7 Serve warm with tortilla chips.
  • Step #8 Refrigerate any leftovers.
