High Fiber Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c Rice Krispies .
  • 1/4 c oat bran .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter .
  • 1/4 c wheat bran .
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon .
  • 15 marshmallows .
  • 1 c rolled oats .
  • 1/2 c corn syrup .
  • 2 1/4 c Fiber One cereal .
  • 2 tbsps flax seeds

Directions
  • Step #1 Toast rolled oats in a 350 degree oven for 15 mins.
  • Step #2 Combine peanut butter & corn syrup in a small bowl & warm in a microwave; stir until smooth.
  • Step #3 When the oats are toasted put all the dry ingredients In a large-ish bowl & stir well.
  • Step #4 Add the corn syrup & peanut butter mixture, stirring well again.
  • Step #5 A.
  • Step #6 dd the marshmallows, & microwave for one min.
  • Step #7 Stir the mixture to mix.
  • Step #8 Turn out onto a greased 9X13 pan.
  • Step #9 With greased hands, press the mixture into pan.
  • Step #10 Allow to cool & cut into bars.
