  • Pam cooking spray .
  • 4 egg whites .
  • Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 1/2 c all-bran cereal .
  • cinnamon

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the All Bran, egg, cinnamon & Splenda in a mixer.
  • Step #2 Mix all ingredients & pour this into skillet with some Pam until the edges get golden.
  • Step #3 Spray some more Pam & flip.
