Lemon Turkey Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients
  • 24 oz turkey breast cutlets .
  • 2 tsps fresh ground black pepper .
  • 6 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • 4 tbsps fresh lemon juice .
  • 4 tsps olive oil, divided .
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish.
  • Step #2 Dredge turkey cutlets in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
  • Step #3 Heat 1 teasoon of oil In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Add half of cutlets; cook 3 mins or until lightly brown, add another tsp of oil & turn turkey over cooking until lightly brown & cooked through.
  • Step #5 Repeat for other cutlets.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top cutlets with lemon juice.
