Step #1 Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish.
Step #2 Dredge turkey cutlets in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
Step #3 Heat 1 teasoon of oil In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #4 Add half of cutlets; cook 3 mins or until lightly brown, add another tsp of oil & turn turkey over cooking until lightly brown & cooked through.
