Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step #2 Breat cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, vanilla until mixed.
Step #3 Add Flour, baking soda, mix well.
Step #4 Cover up, put in the fridge dough for 1 hr.
Step #5 Roll dough to 1/8" thickness on lightly floured surface.
Step #6 Cut into approx 66 cookies with shaped cookie cutter (original recipe is made with star shape).
Step #7 Sprinkle top half of the cookies with colored sugar.
Step #8 Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step #9 Bake 12 min, until lightly browned.
Step #10 Cool on pan 1 min, then cool on rack completely.
Step #11 Spread bottom side of plain cookies with 1 tsp marshmallow creme.
Step #12 Cover up with remaining cookies to form sandwiches.
Step #13 Drizzle with melted chocolate.
