Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c sugar .
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin .
  • 1 (18 oz) box yellow cake mix .
  • 3/4 c butter, melted .
  • 6 c rhubarb, cut up .
  • 1 1/2 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 In a 9 x 13 inch pan, place the rhubarb in the bottom.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top with the dry gelatin then sugar.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top the dry cake mix on top.
  • Step #4 Drizzle the melted butter over cake mix.
  • Step #5 Pour water on top of cake.
  • Step #6 Bake 350 degrees for 45 mins.
  • Step #7 Serve with sliced fresh strawberries & or whipped cream.
