Step #1 Line a 20 x 30 cm slice tin with non-stick baking paper.
Step #2 Place chocolate In a large-ish heat proof bowl, place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water for 3-4 mins or until chocolate is melted & smooth.
Step #3 Remove from heat.
Step #4 Add the turkish delight, marshmallows & nuts to the chocolate & stir well, until all ingredients mixd.
Step #5 Pour mixture into slice tin, smoothing into the corners.
Step #6 Allow to set in refridgerator (at least 30 mins).
Step #7 Cut into fingers, bars or chunks while still in the tray with a sharp knife.
