Step #1 Put mustard, syrup, honey & lemon juice into a large zipper type freezer bag.
Step #2 Seal bag & squish it around to mix ingredients.
Step #3 Open bag & add chicken pieces.
Step #4 Seal & make sure chicken in coated in sauce.
Step #5 Marinate chicken for 1-6 hrs.
Step #6 Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
Step #7 Heat oil In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #8 Add chicken & brown on all sides.
Step #9 Turn heat to low & add reserved marinade.
Step #10 Cover up & let simmer for 30-40 mins or until chicken is no longer pink.
Step #11 Serve chicken & drizzle with pan juices.
Step #12 To freeze:.
Step #13 Place chicken & marinade in freezer.
Step #14 Thaw in fridge & continue with directions above.
