Maple Mustard Chicken - Oamc Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps lemon juice .
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup .
  • 2 tbsps honey .
  • 3 lbs chickens, cut into pieces .
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil .
  • 2 tbsps Dijon mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 Put mustard, syrup, honey & lemon juice into a large zipper type freezer bag.
  • Step #2 Seal bag & squish it around to mix ingredients.
  • Step #3 Open bag & add chicken pieces.
  • Step #4 Seal & make sure chicken in coated in sauce.
  • Step #5 Marinate chicken for 1-6 hrs.
  • Step #6 Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
  • Step #7 Heat oil In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #8 Add chicken & brown on all sides.
  • Step #9 Turn heat to low & add reserved marinade.
  • Step #10 Cover up & let simmer for 30-40 mins or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Step #11 Serve chicken & drizzle with pan juices.
  • Step #12 To freeze:.
  • Step #13 Place chicken & marinade in freezer.
  • Step #14 Thaw in fridge & continue with directions above.
