Nana’s Remoulade Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps dry mustard .
  • 1 hard-boiled egg .
  • 2 tbsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 4 tbsps creole mustard .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar .
  • 2 large garlic cloves, pressed .
  • 1 tbsp paprika .
  • 3/4 c olive oil .
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard .
  • 1/2 c ketchup .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice .
  • 3 anchovies

Directions
  • Step #1 In a food processor/blender or mixer mix garlic, egg, & anchovies to a smooth paste.
  • Step #2 Transfer to a bowl & stir in the remaining ingredients.
  • Step #3 Refrigerate.
