Thai Chicken Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 dash honey (optional) .
  • 1 tbsp gourmet garden fresh garlic (1 tbsp minced garlic) .
  • rice .
  • 1 tbsp gourmet garden fresh coriander (1 tbsp sliced coriander) .
  • 500 g mixed vegetables (or mix of snow peas, string beans, julliened carrots & sliced capsicum) .
  • 500 g chicken strips or beef, strips .
  • 1/4 c soya sauce .
  • 1 tbsp gourmet garden hot chili pepper sauce (1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce)

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or pan.
  • Step #2 Stir-fry chicken (or beef) until browned.
  • Step #3 Add vegetables & stir-through for 3 mins or until vegies are tender.
  • Step #4 Toss through coriander, hot chilli & garlic sachets.
  • Step #5 Mix through soy sauce & honey, if desired.
  • Step #6 Heat through.
  • Step #7 Serve with rice.
