Ingredients
  • 1 c sugar .
  • 1 c brown sugar (for topping) .
  • 3 c sweet potatoes, mashed .
  • 1 c pecans, sliced .
  • 1/2 c butter (or margarine) .
  • 1/4 c evaporated milk .
  • 3 eggs, beaten .
  • 1/3 c butter, melted .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/3 c flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine 1st 6 ingredients & place this in greased baking dish.
  • Step #2 For the topping; mix flour, brown sugar, pecans & melted butter.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top over potatoes.
  • Step #4 Bake @ 350 for 30 mins.
