Quick & Delish Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp oil .
  • 2-3 cm thickness grated gingerroot (I keep in freezer to last longer & its easier to grate) .
  • 1/2 thinly sliced cabbage .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice .
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oil in a wok.
  • Step #2 Add cabbage, lemon juice, soy sauce & grated ginger & stir till cabbage is covered with mixture.
  • Step #3 Cover up with lid & keep on low heat to steam on low for a few mins.
  • Step #4 Un-cover & stir till cabbage is limp.
  • Step #5 Serve as a side dish or tasty snack.
