Sage And Parmesan Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c long grain rice .
  • 1 c chicken broth .
  • 3 tbsps butter .
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 1 tsp ground sage

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter in saucepan & stir in the the sage.
  • Step #2 Turn off heat & let sit.
  • Step #3 In another sauce pan heat broth to boiling; add rice & lower heat.
  • Step #4 Simmer, uncovered until rice is tender, 12 to 15 mins.
  • Step #5 Put rice into serving dish & toss with sage butter & Parmesan.
