Swedish Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 1/2 c flour .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1 c minced onions .
  • 1 1/2 c fine breadcrumbs .
  • 2 lbs ground beef .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1 lb ground pork .
  • 1 1/2 c sour cream .
  • 4 c boiling water .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 3 tsps salt .
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley .
  • 2 tsps paprika

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Step #2 Shape into small size balls about walnut size.
  • Step #3 Brown in ¼ c hot oil, you may need more oil.
  • Step #4 Remove meatballs & make gravy.
  • Step #5 Return meatballs to gravy & cook 15-20 mins.
  • Step #6 For Gravy:.
  • Step #7 Stir in ½ c flour, 2-tsp.
  • Step #8 paprika, 1 tsps salt, ¼ tsps pepper into hot fat in skillet.
  • Step #9 Stir in 4-c boiling water.
  • Step #10 Add 1 ½ c of sour cream.
  • Step #11 For a smaller group of people, cut the recipe down to about half or even to 1/3.
