Ingredients
  • 1 c milk .
  • 2/3 c butter .
  • topping .
  • 6 c cooked sweet potatoes .
  • 1 c butter .
  • 2 tsps vanilla .
  • 2 c brown sugar .
  • 1 1/2 c coconut .
  • 2 c sliced pecans .
  • 1 c self rising flour .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 2 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 mash cooked sweet potatoes.
  • Step #2 mix well first 5 ingredients & pour this into a casserole dish.
  • Step #3 for the topping, mix the last 4 ingredients & crumble over the top of potato mixture.
  • Step #4 bake this at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
