Herb-crusted Fish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (1 7/8 oz) envelope knorr leek soup mix .
  • 2 c dry breadcrumbs .
  • 2 lbs fish fillets .
  • 1/2 c butter, melted & cooked .
  • 1 tsp dried fines herbes

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 400°.
  • Step #2 In a shallow dish, soup mix, mix the breadcrumbs, & fines herbes.
  • Step #3 Dip each fillet into the melted butter & then into the crumb mixture, coating the fillets thoroughly on both sides.
  • Step #4 Place the fillets in a 13x9 inch baking dish in a single layer & bake the fish until it is cooked through, about 10 mins.
