Step #2 Combine first 4 ingredients In a large-ish bowl.
Step #3 Combine applesauce, cinnamon, & ginger in a small sauce pan, oil, honey, & cook over med-heat/flame 2 mins or until honey is melted, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #4 Pour applesauce mixture over oat mixture, stirring to coat.
Step #5 Place mixture in a cookie sheet, & spread out.
Step #6 Bake for 20 mins.
Step #7 Gently stir & bake an extra 15 mins or until dry & browned.
Step #8 Cool.
Step #9 Stir in dried fruit.
Step #10 Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
