Smoked Salmon Spread (barefoot Contessa) Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper .
1/4 lb smoked salmon, minced .
8 oz cream cheese, at about room temp .
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice .
1/2 c sour cream .
1 tbsp freshly minced fresh dill .
1/2 tsp kosher salt .
1 tsp prepared horseradish, drained

Directions

Step #1 Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.
Step #2 Add the sour cream, horseradish, salt, dill, lemon juice, & pepper, & mix.
Step #3 Add the smoked salmon & mix well.
Step #4 Chill & serve this with crudites or crackers.
