High Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder .
  • 5 oz fat free cream cheese .
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 1 c pumpkin puree .
  • 1 c fat-free cottage cheese .
  • nonstick cooking spray .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1/2 c Splenda granular

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 In a mixer, mix all ingredients & mix well.
  • Step #3 Spray 8 mini-loaf tins with non-stick spray, & distribute batter evenly.
  • Step #4 Bake for about 25-30 mins.
  • Step #5 When the bars are done, flip them out of the pan onto a sheet of foil wrap, chill & store this in the fridge.
