5 Minute Easy Vegan "chicken" Guacamole Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

2 vegetarian chicken pieces .
1 garlic clove, finely sliced .
1/2 tsp lemon juice .
1 onion, sliced .
2 crunchy taco shells .
1/3 c tomatoes, sliced .
1 avocado .
salt, to taste

Directions

Step #1 Combine avacado, lemon juice, garlic, salt, & onion.
Step #2 Mush into a paste.
Step #3 Microwave nuggets for 1 min, & chop.
Step #4 Fill shells with guacomole, 'chicken', & top this with tomatoes! Server with whatever you like (salsa, etc).
