Curry Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes .
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon .
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • 1 tbsp oregano .
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste .
  • 1 lb large elbow macaroni .
  • 1 tbsp sliced garlic .
  • 1/4 c unbleached cane sugar (White Sugar can Substitute) .
  • 1 lb chicken breasts

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring pot of water to boil.
  • Step #2 Throw in chicken breast, cover & turn off heat, let this stand for 10 min or until chicken shreds easily.
  • Step #3 In a separate Med.
  • Step #4 sized pot brown garlic in olive oil.
  • Step #5 Add Crushed Tomato to garlic Add Curry Paste & Oregano.
  • Step #6 Turn to Med.
  • Step #7 Heat.
  • Step #8 Shred chicken & add to Crushed Tomato Mixture.
  • Step #9 Stir & let sit for 15-20min.
  • Step #10 Add Sugar & Cinnamon stirring thoroughly.
  • Step #11 Add Elbow Mac.
  • Step #12 Allow to cook on Med.
  • Step #13 for 10-15 more mins or until noodles are soft.
