Ingredients
6 oz ramen noodles .
1 c canola oil .
1/4 c white sesame seeds .
1/2 c Splenda sugar substitute or sugar .
1/2 c slivered almonds .
3 tbsps soy sauce .
1/2 head cabbage .
1/2 c butter .
1/2 c vinegar
Directions
Step #1 Whisk together canola oil, vinegar, soy sauce & splenda.
Step #2 Set aside.
Step #3 Melt 1 stick of butter.
Step #4 While butter is melting crush dry raman noodles into bite size pieces.
Step #5 Remove the seasoning pack & discard.
Step #6 Add to the melted butter almonds, sesame seeds, & dry raman noodles.
Step #7 Cook until browned.
Step #8 Shred 1/2 of the head of cabbage & set aside.
Step #9 When ready to serve pour browned noodles, almonds & seeds into shredded cabbage toss.
Step #10 Add the slaw sauce & toss again.
