Ingredients
  • 2 oz swiss cheese .
  • 4 oz corned beef brisket, thinly sliced .
  • 8 oz sauerkraut, drained & squeezed .
  • Russian salad dressing, to taste .
  • 3 slices bread, of choice

Directions
  • Step #1 As a cold sandwich :.
  • Step #2 On first slice of bread,place half the corned beef, then half the kraut & half the swiss.
  • Step #3 Top with Russian dressing "Russian Dressing" Recipe #211647 , cover with second slice of bread.
  • Step #4 Layer on the rest of the beef,kraut & swiss.
  • Step #5 Cover up with third slice of bread.
  • Step #6 Secure with toothpicks, cut & serve.
  • Step #7 As a hot sandwich:.
  • Step #8 Preheat broiler to 425f.
  • Step #9 On a cookie sheet, lay out the three slices of bread.
  • Step #10 On the first slice, layer beef, kraut, & swiss.
  • Step #11 On the second slice, layer beef & kraut.
  • Step #12 On the third slice, place the rest of the cheese.
  • Step #13 Broil until cheese bubbles.
  • Step #14 Remove from oven with spatula.
  • Step #15 Top with Russian dressing "Recipe #211647" & assemble the layers.
  • Step #16 Secure with toothpick, cut & serve.
