Fast And Easy Garlic Lime Butterfly Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced .
  • 1/2 c salsa ranch dressing (such as Spicy Ranch Dressing) .
  • 6 tbsps fresh lime juice (about 3 lime's worth) .
  • 3 tbsps olive oil .
  • 1/2 c shredded monterey jack cheese (about 2 oz.) .
  • 1/4 tsp salt (to taste) .
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper (to taste) .
  • 4 boneless butterfly pork loin chops, about 1/2 thick

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the pork in a shallow dish, add the lime juice & garlic, turn several times to coat.
  • Step #2 Well.
  • Step #3 Cover up with plastic wrap & put in the fridge 30 mins.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top both sides of the pork evenly with salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Heat half of the oil In a large-ish skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step #6 Add two of the pork chops, cook 2 mins to brown on side.
  • Step #7 Set aside on separate plate, browned side up.
  • Step #8 Repeat with remaining oil & chops.
  • Step #9 Turn pork chops, add the reserved pork chops, reduce heat to medium-low; cover & cook 9 mins or until pork is no longer pink in center.
  • Step #10 Remove pork & set aside on separate plate.
  • Step #11 Add dressing to liquid in skillet, stir until completely mixed.
  • Step #12 Place pork on top of sauce, sprinkle cheese evenly over pork, cover & cook 2 mins to melt cheese.
