Easy-peasy Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps butter .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup .
  • 1 lb lean ground beef .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained .
  • 5 potatoes, peeled & quartered .
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup .
  • 1 (15 oz) can mixed vegetables, drained (Veg-All works well)

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Step #4 Add peeled & quartered potatoes & cook this until tender, about 15 mins.
  • Step #5 Drain & mash those suckers, then set them aside.
  • Step #6 In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until brown.
  • Step #7 Drain.
  • Step #8 Stir in mushrooms, celery soup, mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, salt & pepper & heat through.
  • Step #9 Pour into prepared baking dish.
  • Step #10 Cover up the beef mixture with the mashed potatoes.
  • Step #11 Dot the top this with butter.
  • Step #12 Bake in preheated oven 30 mins, until potatoes are golden, & mixture is hot & bubbly.
