- 1 (1 1/4 oz) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix .
- 1 c crackers (crumbled) or oats .
- 1 tsp garlic salt .
- 1/2 c water .
- 1 lb ground beef .
- 1 dash pepper .
- 1 c ketchup .
- 1 small bell pepper
Directions
- Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Step #2 In a large bowl, crackers, mix ground beef, egg, bell pepper, pepper, garlic salt, Lipton soup mix, 1/2 c ketchup & water.
- Step #3 Put into a baking pan.
- Step #4 Bake at 350°F for 1 hr.
- Step #5 Drain excess fat every once in awhile during baking.
- Step #6 During the last 10 mins of baking time, add the remaining ketchup (add more if you like).
