White Bean And Rosemary Dip Recipe Recipe

Ingredients
  • 300F ml light cream .
  • 2 (310 g) cans butter beans, rinsed & drained .
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves .
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed .
  • 2-3 tsps lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the beans, garlic, cream & rosemary in a pan.
  • Step #2 Bring to boil, then reduce heat & let simmer for 5 mins, stirring once or twice.
  • Step #3 Use hand-held whizzer to mix until smooth, adding lemon juice & salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #4 Best served with chunks of pita-bread, capsicum strips.
