Step #1 Mix all ingrediants except popcorn in a heavy sauce pan.
Step #2 Bring to a boil & cook just until jello & sugar are dissolved.
Step #3 Pour over popcorn & mix well.
Step #4 Wet your hands under cold water, shake water off or butter hands slightly & work quickly to form popcorn balls.
Step #5 Place the finished ballls on wax paper & once cooled wrap them more wax paper.
Step #6 You can make these as big or as small as you like.
