Breaded Dijon Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme .
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2-inch thick .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp rubbed sage .
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil .
  • 3 tbsps Dijon mustard .
  • 3/4 c crushed saltine crackers

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine crushed crackers, thyme, pepper & sage.
  • Step #2 Coat chops with mustard, & coat with crumb mixture.
  • Step #3 Cook chops in oil, over medium-high heat for approximately 4-5 mins on each side, in a skillet, until done (or golden brown & juices run clear).
