Ingredients

washed lettuce leaves .
6 thin slices ripe tomatoes .
Tex Mex Mayonnaise .
4 slices panera tomato-basil bread .
thin slices avocados .
1/4 c mayonnaise .
1 tsp sliced fresh jalapeno peppers .
1 sprig fresh cilantro, roughly sliced .
Sandwich .
1 pinch chili powder .
8 slices crisply fried turkey bacon

Directions

Step #1 Mix the mayonnaise with chili powder & jalapeno pepper; set aside.
Step #2 Spread Tex Mex Mayonnaise on two slices of tomato basil bread.
Step #3 Pile on bacon, tomato, avocado, cilantro sprigs & lettuce & top this with other slice of bread.
