Chicken /w Sundried Tomato & Artichoke Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 large chicken breasts .
  • 1 (14 oz) can small artichoke hearts .
  • 1 (15 oz) jar alfredo sauce (I like Bertolli) .
  • cooked angel hair pasta .
  • 2 tbsps julieanned sun-dried tomatoes .
  • 4 slices julieanned prosciutto

Directions
  • Step #1 In large non-stick skillet sauté Chicken Breasts in Olive Oil until browned & cooked through.
  • Step #2 Cover up them to keep them warm & set them aside.
  • Step #3 Pour Alfredo Sauce into skillet.
  • Step #4 Slice Artichoke Hearts & Chicken Breasts into bite sized pieces.
  • Step #5 Add Artichoke Hearts, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Chicken Breasts, & Prosciutto to sauce.
  • Step #6 Heat at medium heat, stirring every once in awhile until warm.
  • Step #7 Pour over Angel Hair Pasta & serve.
