Salmon Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 tsp salt .
  • 1/2 lb salmon .
  • 1/4 tsp oregano .
  • 1/8 tsp pepper .
  • 1 tbsp capers .
  • 10 olives .
  • 4 c romaine lettuce .
  • 5 asparagus .
  • 1 lemon .
  • 1 tsp olive oil .
  • 1 garlic clove .
  • 7 cherry tomatoes .
  • 1/4 c red onions .
  • 2 tbsps feta cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat broiler on high.
  • Step #2 Remove skin from Salmon.
  • Step #3 lightly brush with olive oil, salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Broil fish for 5 mins on foil wrap lined broiler pan.
  • Step #5 cover fish with another sheet of foil wrap & cook for another 4-5 mins.
  • Step #6 blance the asparagus.
  • Step #7 Chop the garlic, onion & slice the olives.
  • Step #8 And the cooked salmon, aspargus, garlic, tomatoes, capers, onions, & olives.
