Shiitake And Tuna Stirfry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp garlic paste .
  • 1 (7 oz) can chunk tuna, drained .
  • 10 pieces shiitake mushrooms .
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps sesame oil

Directions
  • Step #1 First, you prepare the mushrooms by taking the stems off.
  • Step #2 If you want them on.
  • Step #3 it's fine.
  • Step #4 I slice the mushrooms.
  • Step #5 In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp of sesame oil & heat up over medium high heat.
  • Step #6 Add the garlic & stir it around a little.
  • Step #7 Add the drained tuna & stir around.
  • Step #8 Add the mushrooms & stir in the with the tuna.
  • Step #9 Add remaining sesame oil.
  • Step #10 Make sure mushrooms gave a light coating of sesame oil.
  • Step #11 Add the light soy sauce & stir in theches.
  • Step #12 When the tuna looks golden & everything is nice & hot; remove this from heat & serve as a side dish for two or single serving.
  • Step #13 I do not measure but cook from feel.
  • Step #14 So, this is my approximate measurement for each ingredient.
  • Step #15 Adjust it to your liking.
  • Step #16 You can also use any kind of tuna that you like.
