Weight Watcher's Pasta E Fagioli Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 c cooked pasta or 3/4 c dry pasta .
  • 3 c water .
  • 1 c frozen mixed vegetables .
  • 1 (19 oz) can kidney beans (or cannellini beans) .
  • 1 (16 oz) can crushed tomatoes (Italian-style or whole Italian-style tomatoes, finely sliced)

Directions
  • Step #1 Place all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan.
  • Step #2 Simmer for 10 mins, if using cooked pasta, or until dry pasta is fully cooked.
  • Step #3 Add enough water during cooking to just cover the pasta.
