Bloody Mary Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 50 g butter .
  • 450 ml single cream (light cream) .
  • 500 g penne pasta .
  • 9 tbsps vodka .
  • 6 tbsps grated parmesan cheese .
  • 1 tbsp sliced basil .
  • 6 tbsps tomato puree

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  • Step #2 Melt the butter over a low heat & stir in the the puree & cream.
  • Step #3 Remove from heat & add the vodka & seasoning if desired.
  • Step #4 Drain the pasta & toss with the sauce.
  • Step #5 Serve topped with the cheese & basil.
