Oklahoma Caviar Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (16 oz) cans black-eyed peas (drained) .
  • 2 medium tomatoes (sliced) .
  • 2 (16 oz) cans hominy (1 can each of yellow & white, drained) .
  • 2 garlic cloves (sliced) .
  • 1 1/4 c onions (sliced) .
  • 1 medium green bell pepper (sliced) .
  • 1 (16 oz) bottle Italian dressing .
  • 2 medium jalapeno peppers (sliced) .
  • 1 tsp sugar .
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all ingredients thoroughly, stir in the salad dressing.
  • Step #2 Chill overnight (best)! Drain if needed.
  • Step #3 Serve with tortilla chips.
