Apricot Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c apricot halves, drained, sliced .
  • 2 tbsps cornstarch .
  • 1 1/2 c apricot nectar .
  • 3/4 tsp almond extract .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice .
  • 1/2 c sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a sauceman, mix the cornstarch & sugar, then add the nectar.
  • Step #2 Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  • Step #3 Remove from the heat & add the rest of the ingredients & mix well.
  • Step #4 Serve warm or chilled.
