Ingredients
  • fresh fruit (optional) .
  • 1/2 tsp wheat germ (optional) .
  • 2 tbsps non-fat powdered milk .
  • Add Ins .
  • 1-2 tbsp yogurt (optional) .
  • 1 tbsp brewer's yeast (optional) .
  • 1 c orange juice or grape juice or fruit juice, your favorite

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine ingredients in a mixer or a container with a tight fitting lid.
  • Step #2 Blend or shake vigorously until thoroughly mixd.
