Oysters With Pine Nuts And Bacon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 slices bacon .
  • 2 tbsps pine nuts, roughly sliced .
  • 18 oysters, in the shells .
  • 3 tsps Worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Step #2 Cook bacon in a small heavy-based pan over med-heat/flame until browned.
  • Step #3 Add pine nuts & sauce, stir until well mixd.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat.
  • Step #5 Spoon mixture evenly onto each oyster.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with chives.
  • Step #7 Bake 5-10 mins or until oysters are heated through.
  • Step #8 Do not overcook.
  • Step #9 Serve as soon as possible.
