Chocolate Peppermint Crunch Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (12 oz) package almond bark .
  • 1 (9 oz) package chocolate wafer cookies .
  • 1 c peppermint candies or candy canes, crushed

Directions
  • Step #1 Using a double boiler melt the almond bark.
  • Step #2 Meanwhile, use a food processor/blender to crush the candies or candy canes.
  • Step #3 * Place the crushed candy onto a plate or shallow bowl.
  • Step #4 Dip the top of each wafer cookie into the almond bark or white chocolate.
  • Step #5 Immediately dip the top of the cookie into the crushed candies.
  • Step #6 Place the cookie on a waxed paper lined baking sheet.
  • Step #7 Allow to set.
  • Step #8 Store in an air-tight container for several days.
  • Step #9 *If you do not have a food processor/blender, place the candies in a plastic bag & crush with a rolling pin.
