Directions
- Step #1 Combine all ingredients in a bowl, & whisk together well.
- Step #2 Can also be mixed in the food processor/blender.
- Step #3 Coat all sides of roast well & rub inches.
- Step #4 Allow to macerate for an hr or so.
- Step #5 Roast meat as you normally would.
- Step #6 Be prepared to fill the house with an aroma thick & delicious enough to eat.
